The Byre is in a converted 18th century stone barn and is surrounded by three acres of garden. The Byre is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and parking area. There is a comfortable lounge with new carpet and furniture, bedroom, shower room and fully equipped kitchen. The bed is a super king size which will split into 2 single beds if required. Central heating throughout and good lighting ensures your comfort. You have your own patio and parking outside your door. There is little noise apart from wild birds. At night, bats whirl about and rabbits and hedgehogs go about their business.

Open all year including Christmas and New Year. Luggage dropoff allowed if guests arrive early or have arranged a late departure. The Byre can be booked together with The Smithy, Stables and Granary to accommodate up to 14 guests.

Wireless Internet, Laptop friendly workspace, Central Heating, TV & DVD player. Washer and Tumble Drier available (a small charge applies). Iron and ironing board are in the laundry.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière and a full complement of cooking and preparation utensils to enable you to cook a full meal for two or bake a cake.

Dining table and 2 chairs.

Hand wash, Shampoo, Hangers. Hair dryer available on request.

Cot and high chair avalable.
Long term stays allowed:
Allow stay for 28 days or more.

Guest Access
All our apartments have their own front door. Guests are free to wander around our award winning garden and wildlife meadow. You are welcome to look round our polytunnels and see what we are growing. There are various places to sit and guests can use our summer house.
Interaction with guests
We are usually available to offer advice and assistance if required as we live nearby.

Deposit is non refundable.
Cancel up to 21 days before check in and get a 50% refund.
Any refund within 20 days of check in is at our discretion.
