The Byre is a one-bedroom ground floor cottage surrounded by beautiful countryside. A charming cottage providing a superb holiday destination offering style and warmth. There is a comfortable living / dining room with a wood burner to settle down in front of on those frosty winter nights. The bedroom has a super-king size bed with zip/link features. A bright shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Spend some time in the mornings on the courtyard at the back of the cottage or do a spot of stargazing in the evening. The birds, wild rabbits and hedgehogs come and go around the grounds, just sit back, relax and watch.

Please note
Although the cottage is all on the ground floor there are a couple of steps internally and at the entrance door.
Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burner included in rent. Additional logs available on an honesty box basis.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, children must be supervised at all times.
Check in is any time after 4pm.
Check out by 10am.
Booking
£100 non-refundable deposit is paid at the time of booking.Bookings made less than 2 months before your arrival date must be paid in full.
Balance payments must be paid 2 months prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be notified in writing or by phone and once received we will confirm the cancellation in writing.Any refund within 2 months of your arrival date is at our discretion.
