What we're doing to keep you safe
The safety of our guests and staff is extremely important for us here at Deri Fawr during these challenging times. We have made the following changes to help control the spread of Coronavirus and help everyone feel safe. We have installed key safes which will allow our guests to arrive and check themselves in, reducing the "touch point of key handover". Each cottage and caravan have a hand sanitiser station at the entrance door.
We are implementing a more stringent cleaning routine for the time being. After the normal cleaning process, we will be disinfecting all hard surfaces and touch points including lights switches, handles, remote controls. The cottage / caravan key will be sanitised between visits.
We have taken non-essential touch-point items out of properties. This includes items such as books, board games & unnecessary soft furnishings. Our laundry room is still available for guest to use, but we have made this a locked area to enable us to monitor usage and sanitise when appropriate.
Our guest information folder has been made into an online document and we send this out to our guest prior to their arrival date.
Arrival day: Check in is from 4pm.
Departure day: Check out is by 10am.
Prior to departure, guests are asked to strip the bedding and place in the bath or shower.
Finally, we would ask that guests and visitors to Deri Fawr at all times act to minimise risk and take in to account guests in properties close to yours and maintaining social distancing measures where possible.
We hope you understand that we have made these changes for the safety of you, our guests and our housekeepers.
Many thanks, Helen and Rick.
