The Smithy faces south east, has windows on three sides and as a consequence it is light and airy. The lounge has a new suite, deep carpet a large colour television and video DVD player, a radio tape/ CD player, books, magazines, games and literature on local places and events. The dining area has a large farmhouse table and chairs with a hatch through to kitchen.
Outside is an enclosed patio with a picnic table.

The Kitchen has a full size gas cooker, microwave, auto kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee percolator, extractor fan and all the equipment and utensils you are likely to need. A range of cleaning materials is provided for use during your stay. A vacuum cleaner is also provided. |

The Bathroom is upstairs and has an attractive Italian suite comprising large bath with powerful Mira shower over, WC, hand basin, pine cabinet with light and shaver point. A roof window and extractor fan give ventilation and natural light while spotlights give artificial light. |

Bedroom 1 has a good quality 4ft.6 double bed with fine coordinated linen. Each bedside has a set of pine drawers with reading lights atop. At the foot of the bed is a pine wardrobe next to a large mirror with a make up light over it.

| Bedroom 2 has two 3ft. pine beds with quality coordinated linen and duvets.Between the beds is a pine cupboard with two reading lamps . At the foot of the beds is a large new pine wardrobe with drawers. The window gives fabulous views over the fields to the valley, on a clear day Snowdonia and Lleyn can clearly be seen. |
